About the project Our most compact single-story house made of glued timber has a total area of 74 square meters. The large covered terrace (57 square meters) around the house provides comfortable access from almost all sides. For our climate, it is necessary to have an entrance hall where you can take off your shoes and outerwear. The house is divided into private and public zones. In the private zone, there are two identical bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a shower or bath. In the public zone, there is a spacious kitchen-living room with a "second light". There is also access to the terrace, where you can enjoy privacy with nature. |

Thread-like cracks along the wood grain may appear due to non-compliance with recommended temperature and humidity conditions. This is a natural process.
Our production uses an environmentally friendly, certified German BASF glue. It is absolutely safe for health, as evidenced by numerous tests.
The main maintenance for any wooden house is to maintain the paint or coating in good condition. Paints and coatings fade and thin out in the sun. Therefore, approximately every three years they need to be updated.
For houses intended for permanent residence in the middle zone of Russia, the optimal thickness is 200-240 mm. For houses used seasonally, as well as for those located in the southern region of Russia, the optimal thickness is 120-160 mm.
The ignition temperature of wood is 300 degrees Celsius, while in natural environmental conditions, it sometimes reaches 450 degrees Celsius. Glued timber burns reluctantly, as it has no gaps and does not allow the fire to obtain oxygen at the site of combustion. This is confirmed by numerous experiments. A burning glued timber house, even when doused with gasoline, goes out as soon as the gasoline burns off.
